One person was flown to the hospital after a shooting in Earlham early this morning.

According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s office, one person was shot at a rural home near Earlham overnight.  One suspect has been arrested in Dallas County in connection with the shooting, and authorities do not believe there is any further risk to people in the area.

The name and extent of the victim’s injuries have not yet been released.
