The Jefferson City Council will meet in regular session Tuesday.

Items on the agenda include a public hearing in regards to a budget amendment, approval of pay estimate number two for the downtown restoration project, approval of purchase of neighborhood stabilization property at 705 West Adams Street, and approval of purchase of tax sale certificate for NSP property at 500 South Maple Street.

Other agenda items include approval of exterior and interior improvements to City Hall, the second reading of ordinances adjusting water, sewer and garbage rates, an update on the Early Learning Center, a discussion in regards to business park number one and approval of an engineering agreement with MHF for development of the park.

The meeting takes place at 5:30pm in the council chambers of the Jefferson City Hall.
