The Greene County 911 Service Board plans to discuss equipment upgrades next week.
The board will meet Tuesday at 9am to discuss a possible update on the new 911 technology, review previous decisions for upgrades to 911 computer and radio systems and review the law enforcement center security system upgrades.
A public hearing may also be set to discuss changes to the E-911 budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
The meeting takes place at the Greene County Law Enforcement Center in Jefferson at 9am Tuesday and is open to the public.
