The Dallas County Conservation Board is hosting a creek stomp next month.
Participants will hike the creek to the river at the Kuehn Conservation Area near Earlham. Along the way they’ll be able to discover stories in the stones, water, and soil that have existed for more than 300 million years. The course is long and includes many hills and participants will likely get their feet wet so plan to bring along study shoes, water and a snack.
