Jesse Dean Hasenwinkel, age 19 of 32814 R Ave., Adel was arrested on a warrant for harassment.
James Donald Ore, age 49 of 309 East 5th St. S, Newton was arrested in the 36000 block of Old Portland Rd., for possession of drug paraphernalia and theft.
Alison White of Oak Park Ill., was stopped behind a white Saturn waiting for the Saturn to turn when the Saturn, driven by Lindsay Darling of Winterset backed up into White’s vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to both vehicle’s estimated at $1500.00 each. Darling was cited for unsafe backing and violation of financial liability.
Margaret Mary McCarthy, age 55 of 19199 Jewell Dr., Earlham was arrested at 1617 1st St., Redfield for possession of drug paraphernalia and on warrants for driving under suspension and driving while revoked.
Richard Douglas Kunkle, age 55 of 19199 Jewell Dr., Earlham was arrested at 1617 1st St., Redfield for failure to have a valid driver’s license.

David Scar was traveling south in the 17000 block of S Ave., when he lost control on his motorcycle sliding sideways and coming to rest on the left side of the road. Scar was transported to Mercy Hospital by Dallas County EMS. Damage to the motorcycle estimated at $1600.00.
Jennifer Lynn Goemann, age 37 of 221 SE Booth Ave., Waukee was arrested at University Ave. and Florence Dr., for OWI and speeding.
