The Trinity Lutheran Church in Jefferson is hosting a fundraiser to help welcome their new pastor later this month.
The congregation is hosting a cavatina meal and silent auction on Sunday July 29th. Proceeds from the event will go to help Pastor Timothy Jones and his family take care of some medical bills after their set of twins was born 3 months pre-mature on leap day. One of the jobs, Benjamin, passed away less than a month later and Elijah remains on oxygen.
