At 11:17 pm, a deputy checked the report of an underage alcohol party in the 800 Block of 340th Street. When he pulled into the drive a number of people ran into the trees. A check with the property owner revealed that they were unaware of the party and that anyone there was trespassing and that they did not want the vehicles there. Due to the large number of vehicles the deputy did not impound them but instead took the keys from them so no one intoxicated could be driving later.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
