July 9 thru 11, 2012

 

07/09   At 9:01 am, a deputy investigated a trespass complaint near 210th and F Avenue

At 11:52 am, a deputy checked a transient near 220th and G Avenue

At 6:14 pm, a deputy checked a confused female walking in a daze near 220th and Orchard. She had no identification and was totally confused so GC EMS was called and transported her to GCMC for evaluation

At 6:32 pm, a deputy and Churdan Fire responded to a grass and dead tree on fire in Churdan

At 8:10 pm, a deputy checked the report of a camper causing problems at Squirrel Hollow Park

At 10:03 pm, a deputy checked careless driving eastbound 220th from B Avenue but did not locate the vehicle

At 11:12 pm, a deputy checked the report of fireworks in the 1700 Block of Quaker Avenue but none were set off while he was in the area

At 11:17 pm, a deputy checked the report of an underage alcohol party in the 800 Block of 340th Street. When he pulled into the drive a number of people ran into the trees. A check with the property owner revealed that they were unaware of the party and that anyone there was trespassing and that they did not want the vehicles there. Due to the large number of vehicles the deputy did not impound them but instead took the keys from them so no one intoxicated could be driving later.

 

07/10   At 6:04 am, a deputy investigated criminal mischief to a window at the Scranton school

At 11:49 am, a deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 1000 Block of 150th Street and resolved the situation

At 5:04 pm, a deputy checked careless driving westbound 220th from Orchard, vehicle was located in Jefferson and no violations noted

At 5:37 pm, a deputy checked an alarm at People’s Trust and Savings Bank in Scranton

At 6:08 pm, a deputy assisted Greene County EMS near Sparky’s

At 10:02 pm, a deputy assisted Calhoun County with a domestic abuse assault report

At 11:48 pm, a deputy checked the report of a small fire in the 700 Block of M Avenue but nothing was located

 

07/11   At 8:33 am, a deputy investigated burglary to a vacant farmstead in the 700 Block of L Avenue that occurred sometime since last fall

At 12:59 pm, a deputy received the report of harassment from a Boone resident, calls were being made by a Rippey resident but they were advised to contact Boone County to initiate the investigation

At 6:43 pm, a deputy checked careless driving eastbound 220th from J Avenue but the vehicle was not located

At 11:00 pm, a deputy investigated the report of a Violation of a No Contact Order in Grand Junction due to texting, charges are being filed

 

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
