The West Central Valley School District was informed recently that a bid package was being prepared for the brand new Wildcat High School sports complex.  The preliminary cost for the bid package was 4.7 million dollars.  A few items had to be omitted to stay within the budget including a football locker room, new scoreboards, a concession stand and an irrigation system for the softball and baseball outfields.   The District would save roughly 800,000 dollars through these omissions.  The entire bid package includes site work, utilities, parking lots and concession stands.
