The Perry Bluejays are a little more than 24 hours away from trying to reclaim the coveted cowbell as Perry travels to Jefferson for a 7:30 kickoff this Friday night.  JSPC defeated Perry last season in a tight game and Head Coach Jason Olenjzack does not want any hangover effect win or lose Friday night.

“The rivalry is huge, in fact last year when we lost the game, it actually probably took too much wind out of our sails and we let it get us for a couple more weeks.  Its a huge, huge rivalry but that’s one of the things we’re trying to keep the kids focused on is that its just one game and there will be more games for us.”
