A Linden woman received two citations for an accident that happened Monday morning in Dallas County.

According to the Iowa State Patrol, 33 year-old Donna Betty Joe Cook was traveling westbound in the 28000 block of F-90 just before 7:30am Monday in a 4-door Volvo. She dropped off on the north shoulder, over corrected and lost control.  The vehicle went across the eastbound lanes and rolled into the ditch, coming to rest on its top.

Cook was not seriously injured and was wearing her seatbelt.  Total damages to the vehicle are estimated at around $10,000.  Cook was cited for failure to maintain control and driving while barred.
