Hundreds are expected to gather in Dallas Center this weekend for the annual Fall Festival.

A variety of events are planned with something for something for all ages.  It all kicks off this afternoon with the weekly Farmers’ Market, visits from Abby Cadabby from Sesame Street and Shrek, food, live music, free skating in Mound Park and the annual scavenger hunt.

Saturday’s festivities start with the annual Leap Frog ½ marathon and 1 mile and 5K fun runs and of course, the Leonard Moss Memorial Parade at 10:00.

That afternoon there will be several craft and food vendors, a variety of games and activities, car, truck, motorcycle and tractor shows, live music, fireworks and carnival rides.
