High school volleyball teams from the West Central Activities Conference and Rolling Hills Activities Conference met on Sept. 24 in Churdan. Earlham defeated Paton-Churdan in the non-conference action in four sets by scores of 25-15, 22-25, 25-17, 25-20. The Cardinals improved to 8-4 while the Rockets fell to 4-8.

P-C returns to conference action when they play host to Grandview Park Baptist (Des Moines) tonight (Tues.) in Churdan. GVPB is ranked number 14 in Class 1A.
