After being swept in three games by Class 3A number six Nevada in Jefferson on Sept. 25, the Greene County Rams volleyball team takes to the road tonight (Thurs.) for a Heart of Iowa Activities Conference match vs. North Polk in Alleman. Greene County head coach Donna Carhill thought her team may have been a little intimidated vs. Nevada and is hoping to see more aggression and cohesiveness vs. the Comets.
The Rams are 7-8 overall and 4-2 in conference matches while North Polk also has just two defeats in Heart of Iowa action. Both teams sit behind league leader Nevada and second place Roland-Story in the conference race.
