Tonight’s game marks the end of the Panorama Panthers 2012 regular season.  They are going into the game with a 5-3 record, eager to see what their post-season life will look like.  But before they can start looking that far ahead, they need to dial into Treynor.

And just like weeks past, coach Lyle Alumbaugh has been studying his opponent for strategy.
“They got the leading rusher in our district.  They got a young guy that catches the ball, throws the ball, runs the ball–a sophomore that I’m sure has done nothing but get better all year, and that’s one of the reasons that they’re success is getting greater here toward the end of the year.”
Coach Alumbaugh also points out that since Treynor is getting better as the year goes on, looking at their overall record may not be the best indication of who they really are.
The Treynor Cardinals however, are going to have to go up against the offensive and defensive power that is the Panthers.  With Tyler Hein, Logan Hupp, and Garrett Mleynek consistently controlling the speed and tempo of play, this should be a very evenly matched game.  A great game for the Panthers to end their regular season with.
