When the Greene County Rams meet the North Polk Comets in Alleman tonight in the opening round of the Class 2A football playoffs Coach Dean Lansman’s Rams will have a decidedly difference lineup than when the teams met on Aug. 31.The Rams lost the first meeting 21-6 in a non-district game when the Rams were either completely or partially without players who account for seven starting positions. Early season injuries would seem to be at least responsible in part for the 1-4 start the Rams had to the season. As healthy as they’ve been all season, the Rams will be  looking to even their season record at 5-5 and their mark with the Comets at 1-1.

Tonight’s game will be broadcast on KGRA 98.9 FM at 7 p.m. with coverage starting at 6 p.m.
