An Adel man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for a sexual abuse charge.
24 year-old Sean Michael Lemke pled guilty to 3rd degree sexual abuse in district court as part of a plea deal. As a result his lascivious acts with a child and indecent contract with a child charges were dismissed.
The charges stem from a November 28, 2011 incident in Adel. In addition to the prison sentence, Lemke also faces a $1,000 fine along with court costs and must participate in the sex offender registration and treatment program.
