The Dallas County Hospital is hosting a Medicare Part D check-up event Wednesday.
Senior Health Insurance Information Program counselors will be available to help senior citizens compare Medicare plans for 2013.
Open enrollment started mid-October and runs through December 7th. Seniors need to review the changes to Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage plans before they decide what they want for the upcoming year.
The check-up event takes place at the Dallas County Hospital on Wednesday 9am-4pm. Appointments are required, to sign up call 515-825-2011.
