Election turnout was rather high in Greene County this year.

According to auditor Jane Huen, a total of 4,876 ballots were cast in Tuesday’s general election – equal of 70.23% of all registered voters.

Of that total, 2,025 ballots were from absentee and early voting, and the other 2,851 were cast at the polls on Election Day.
