New Opportunities in Perry is looking for donations for this year’s toy drive.

As of Halloween, there are more than 400 kids signed up for toys in Dallas County and they need the community’s help to make it happen.  Donation boxes will be set up at Alco, Ben Franklin, the Dollar Store and Shopko, along with the New Opportunities center.  Toys for kids between the ages of 0 and 17 are appreciated, especially gender neutral items and board games.

Anyone who would like to volunteer to separate and distribute the toys or has questions should call New Opportunities at 465-5185.
