The Perry City Council will meet in regular session Monday.
Items on the agenda include a proclamation for “Small Business Saturday”, special presentations from the Greater Dallas County Development Alliance and Brad Scheib with Hoisington Koegler Group in regards to the City’s comprehensive plan.
The council will then hold a public hearing in regards to the status of funded activities, consider a request of assistance in acquiring the Grand Theatre, consider a resolution in regards to pool backwash improvements at the McCreary Center, approve a pay request for the West 5th Street Improvements and approve a development agreement with Perry Economic Development.
New business items on the agenda include approval of the five year airport capital improvement plan, acceptance of the 2012 urban renewal report, certifying tax increment financing debt to the county auditor, approval of a permitted variance for St. Patrick’s School and approval of a request of a full time employee for the Perry Police Department.
The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
