The Stuart City Council will meet in regular session Monday.

Items on the agenda include public hearings in regards to a development agreement with Reinvest Enterprise and an urban renewal amendment, consideration of a resolution in regards to stop intersections and approval of a change order and agreement with the Guthrie County Rural Electric Company for the Wambold addition.

Other agenda items include setting a public hearing date for a general obligation loan agreement for the Wambold addition, and a resolution in regards to issuance of a $1,255,000 general obligation corporate purpose and refunding bond.

The meeting takes place at 5:30pm in the council chambers of the Stuart City Hall.
