Youth can always be an exciting part of basketball..it can also bring the unknown.  Perry Head Coach Ned Menke is more certain about the exciting part than the unknown..and for good reason.  The Bluejays will look to sophomore Will Whiton and Freshman Sha-mon Ivory to lead the backcourt this season.

“This has been an excellent group to soak in all the plays that we have worked into the rotation.  We have put in a lot of material over a short period of time and these two kids are absorbing it all.  This is actually the deepest playbook that we have had this early in the season.  I am very comfortable with these two kids.  They will be able to slash, drive and hit the 3 point shot.  It will be an exciting year!”
