The Sierra Theater in Jefferson kicks off their free family movie showings today.
Starting at noon with Madagascar 3, all area families are invited to stop by a local participating merchant and pick up tickets to the free show. There is also a special showing at 2:30pm today.
The free movies continue each Saturday and Sunday through December 23rd, with movies starting at noon. Other films on the list are Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, Arthur Christmas, Ice Age Continental Drift and Happy Feet Two.
