Funeral services for Duane Eberle, 87, of Scranton will be held Tuesday, November 27th, at 11 AM at the United Methodist Church in Scranton. Cremation will follow services with burial in the Scranton Township Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be at 10 AM on Tuesday at the church in Scranton. Surviving are his wife Pat Eberle of Scranton, children Steve Eberle of Bedford, TX, Kathy Eberle of NC, Sarah Hardy of Des Moines, Laurel Eason of Bellevue, NE and Lydia Gabriel of Bellevue, NE, five step-children Lynn Knight of LaVista, NE, Susan Russell of Boone, Gary Russell of Boone, John Russell of Grand Junction and Jane Finch of Jefferson, brothers and sisters Merle Eberle of Scranton, Louetta Plashek of Mims, FL, Phyllis Vollstedt of Manning, Ronald Eberle of Altoona and Gwen Register of Mims, FL, 19 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Scranton.
