The Guthrie Center Men’s basketball team is looking to start their season off on a high note as they travel to Earlham to take on the Cardinals tonight.
The Tigers are coming off a 15-10 district championship season with three starters back in the line up.
Head coach Seth Poldberg talks a little bit about how seniors Adam Courtney, Caleb Courtney, and Gavin McGiveny will be even more integral components this year.
“All three of those guys played huge minutes for us last year and were very, very key to our team success. Those guys–expect them to take on even a much more responsible role and not only be very good players for us, but also be leaders this year. So we are looking forward to their contributions.”
Tip off is scheduled for 6:00 pm.
