Perry area residents are invited to officially welcome Shopko to town.  The store took over the Pamida building earlier this year and they’re holding a grand opening celebration Thursday.

Those who stop by will have a chance to win gift cards and a shopping spree.  The Shopko Hometown Foundation will also be donating $2,500 to the Perry High school during the event.

A ribbon cutting with the chamber will take place at 8:45am Thursday, though the celebration continues through Saturday.
