Tory Brelsford isn’t the most vocal kid.  He has been a quiet leader through the years on the football field and the basketball court.  Brelsford is starting to make a lot of noise with his play recently after a career high 39 point performance against Winterset.  Brelsford has averaged 31 points over his last 2 games in wins over Greene County and Winterset.

“Tory is one of those guys who simply knows how to score,” commented Perry Head Coach Ned Menke. ” He puts the ball in the hoop in  a variety of ways.  He is just starting to shoot the 3 point shot plus he can drive and power it up as well.  He is so multidimensional with his offensive game.  He makes his free throws as well.  I’m not surprised by his offensive success this year.”

Brelsford is the leading scorer for Perry averaging 17 points and 7 rebounds a game.  The Bluejays will take on ADM tonight weather permitting.  The game is still up in the air with no school at Perry or ADM today.  Stay tuned to the Raccoon Valley Radio network for more information.
