Jeanne Hoening, a Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse, was recognized as Greene County Medical Center’s 2012 employee of the year.

Hoening has devoted 30 years of service, almost but a few months, to Long Term Care at the medical center.

All employees of the medical center have the opportunity to nominate co-workers for the award.  Hoening received 75 nomination signatures of medical center employees.  They say she continually shows compassion and sensitivity in her work and the excellent care for the residents she serves.

The medical center employee awards banquet and holiday gathering was held at the beginning of December when Hoening was initially announced at the recipient.
