There are several different things we need to do with the new year and one of them is renewing our pet licenses.

Pet owners within the Perry city limits who own cats or dogs over six months of age need to obtain or renew their license by January 31st, to avoid a $5 late fee.

The fee is $5 for pets who are spayed or neutered and $20 for pets who are not.  Licenses can be picked up at the McCreary Community Building.

Owners will have to show proof of a current rabies vaccination.
