“During the holiday break, I thought we were very close to establishing our brand of basketball, our identity if you will, stated Perry Head Coach Ned Menke. “This is a team I think can very easily score in the mid 60’s if we get up and down the court and give Tory (Brelsford) a look or touch every time down the court. Couple that with our young guards and that is what teams are looking for from us. I would like to get to a more man to man defense plan but I’m not sure if that is going to happen with our unit.”
Perry has fallen to 4-6 on the season and will continue its four game road swing Friday night with a 7:30 tip at the Stable in Grimes. Shawn Kenney will have the play by play beginning at 5:45 on KDLS.
