Funeral services for Harold L. Mobley, 89, of Panora will be held Monday, January 14, 10:30AM at Twigg Funeral Home, in Panora.  Burial is at Morrisburg Cemetery, rural Stuart. Visitation will be from 4-8 PM Sunday, January 13 where family will be present from 6-8 PM
