The Stuart City Council will meet in regular session Monday.
Items on the agenda include a public hearing in regards to the downtown revitalization application, discussion on alley snow removal, a presentation from architect Doug Steinmetz in regards to the depot project and approval of payment for the South 7th Street Project.
Other agenda items include approval of an amendment to the engineering agreement for the Wambold project, renewal of a garbage collection contract, disvussion on a building permit, a public hearing in regards to a development agreement with AMS Enterprise and approval of issuance of a general obligation bond in a principal amount not to exceed $1,750,000.
The meeting takes place at 6:30pm in the council chambers of the Stuart City Hall.
