The Bayard Library SHIIP counselors will hold a “Welcome to Medicare” program later this month. The two hour seminar is geared toward anyone that is going to be eligible for medicare in the near future. It will cover both part A and part B benefits, along with the prescription drug benefit, Medicare advantage plans and Medicare supplement insurance. It takes place at the Bayard Public Library Wednesday January 23rd from 6-8pm. Those interested in participating are asked to register immediately by calling 712-651-2238.
