Memorial services for Leigh Blayne Sievert, 62, of Lake City will be held Monday at 5 p.m. at the Lake City Union Church, Lake City.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the memorial service at the church.

Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City handling the arrangements.

Survivors include her mother, Mavis Sievert of Shoreview, Minnesota; daughter Christine (Eric) Sievert-McKenney and granddaughter Bethany, all of Laurens, Iowa; step-mother, Judy Sievert of Minnesota; brothers Lance (Linda) Sievert of Arkansas, Kurt (Kathy) Sievert of Georgia; sisters, Enid Walters (special friend Jim Beardsley) of Minnesota, Shawn (Loren) Helm of North Dakota, Shannon Sievert of Minnesota; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by grandparents Thomas and Rosalie Roinstad, and her father Robert Sievert.
