The Iowa High School Athletic Association released pairings for the basketball postseason on Monday and both teams from Greene County begin the tourney trail with road games. Paton-Churdan plays its Class 1A season opener in Glidden vs. Glidden-Ralston on Monday, Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. The winner meets Storm Lake St. Mary’s in Storm Lake on Thursday, Feb. 14 at 7 p.m.

Greene County High School plays Carroll High on the Tigers’ home court at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 18 in a Class 3A district opener. The winner meets either Harlan or Glenwood in Denison on Feb. 21 at 7 p.m.
