Greene County High School senior Mitchell Madson swam in three relays for Boone on Saturday in Marshalltown at the High School State Championships. Madson’s participation for Boone during all four of his high school years was made possible by an athletic sharing agreement. Madson anchored the 22nd place 200 yard medley relay, swam third on the 21st place 200 yard freestyle relay, and he was also on the third leg of the 23rd place 400 yard freestyle relay.

Muscatine won the team title for a third straight season while Boone did not score a point.
