Dakota Neil Bishop, age 19 of Ft. Des Moines Residential Facility, Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for lascivious acts with a child.

Shelley Morrison of Adel was traveling north in the 24000 block of Highway 169 when her vehicle struck a deer.  No injuries reported.  Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2500.00.
