The Stuart City Council will meet in regular session tonight.

On the agenda will be a public hearing in regards to adopting the 2013-2014 City Budget.

Other agenda items include approval of minutes of 2/11/13; approval of financial statement as of 2/28/13; approval of bills presented, approval of a liquor, beer and wine permit for Foxy’s Den and approval of a resolution regarding the old hotel, title and deed conveyance to purchaser.  Building permits will also be discussed.

City Auditor Randy Cook will present the City Sewer Audit for fiscal year ending 6/30/12 and City Financial Advisor Chip Schultz will provide and discuss updated financial information regarding Ruan securities.

The meeting will take place in council chambers at the Stuart City Hall beginning at 6:30 PM.
