Michael Cole Joint, age 31 of 205 2nd St. W, Casey was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of domestic abuse assault.

 Howard Keith Clayton Jr., age 47 of 1917 105th St., Earlham was arrested on warrants for failure to appear-original charge of theft 2nd and failure to make support payments as ordered.

 Elizabeth Stanton of Woodward was traveling in the right hand lane of Highway 141 when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Harlan Adams of Boxholm.  Adams pulled out of the cross over from Highway R22 onto Highway 141 when he thought the westbound traffic was farther away than it was and struck Stanton’s vehicle.  No injuries reported.  Damage to Stanton’s vehicle estimated at $3000.00 and $3000.00 to Adams. Adams was cited for failure to yield upon entering a highway.
