A deputy was advised by a county conservation officer of trash being illegally dumped near the Squirrel Hollow bridge.

A deputy responded to 304 Hill Street in Churdan for the report of a youth riding a motorcycle on the roadway and within the city. The owner of the motorcycle and his daughter were both advised by the deputy not to operate the motorcycle on the street.

A deputy was asked to speak with a resident in Grand Junction about several dogs being locked in a house for several days during the owner’s absence. The deputy was advised by the resident that he had fed and watered the dogs and let them into a porch area of the residence. Upon visual inspection of the animals by the deputy it was determined that the dogs have had good care.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
