Trying to take advantage of a few extra degrees in the Tuesday forecast, officials at Panorama High School have moved the Kip Janvrin Coed Relays from its scheduled date today (April 1) to tomorrow (April 2). Starting time is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. in Panora and it’s still expected to be cold, athough in the lower 40’s for highs on Tuesday instead of the predicted highs today in the 30’s. Greene County, Ogden, Guthrie Center, and Glidden-Ralston are some of the area teams expected to compete.

The Kip Janvrin Relays are named after the former Panora-Linden standout athlete who later became a member of the U. S. Olympic team in the decathlon. Janrvin is now the head coach at Central Missouri State University.
