In high school golf on Thursday at the Perry Golf & Country Club, Ogden won a girls’ quadrangular with 204 strokes for nine holes. Perry was second at 227 with Des Moines Christian at 245, and 259 for Greene County. Medalist was Shelby Townsend of Perry at 39 and Ogden’s Emily Rinehart was runner-up at 45. Hannah Ober had the low score for Greene County with a 62.

In boys’ golf on Thursday at the Lakeside Golf Course northwest of Grand Junction, Des Moines Christian won a triangular with 179 stroles. Perry had 183 and Greene County finished third at 199. Ryan Minor of DMC was medalist at 41 with Perry’s Conner Keenan the runner-up at 44. Greene County’s Alex Gordon also shot 44. Other Perry scores counting in the team total were 45 by Jack Brosnahan, and 47 by both Jackson Van Kirk and Reagan Hawbaker. Other Gr. Co. scores included a 50 by Blake Renwanz, 51 for Will Meinecke, and 54 for Conner Wilkens.
