Daniel Lyle Rice, age 30 of 306 N 5th St., Guthrie Center was arrested in the 34000 block of P58 for possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Casey Lovett of Woodward was traveling in the 26000 block of Highway 141 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2000.00.
Marc Wayne Thurman, age 39 of 8805 Chamberry Blvd., Ste 300, Johnston was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of OWI and Armed with a knife.

Danny Ray Bailey, age 38 of 613 Polk St., Lot 56 of De Soto was arrested at the Booneville Bar at 32434 Ute Ave., Booneville for public intoxication.
Daniel Joseph Bailey, age 21 of 2301 SW Oralabor Rd., Lot 56, Ankeny was arrested at the Booneville Bar at 32434 Ute Ave., Booneville for public intoxication.
Timothy Patrick Harrington, age 24 of 32174 Old Portland Rd., Adel was arrested at 32174 Old Portland Rd., for criminal mischief 5th.
Eric Robert Johnson, age 35 of 907 58th St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to report to the Dallas County Jail –original charge of credit card fraud.
Michael Lee Raymond Garnet, age 29 of 2506 Perry Park #F, Perry was arrested on a warrant for OWI.
