The Perry boys soccer team will take on their second straight ranked opponent tonight when they host 8th ranked Grinnell at Dewey Field in Perry.  The Bluejays are coming off a 2-1 double overtime loss to Dallas Center Grimes this week.

“The physical nature of that game took its toll on our kids, commented Head Coach Gary Overla.  ” A lot of our young kids are club soccer kids and they don’t see that type of physical play in the club leagues.   They aren’t used to seeing a great big DCG defensive end in football come charging at you and play that physical of style.  Our kids will adjust.”
