The Varsity ADM Girls Soccer team traveled to Norwalk, Friday to face the warriors in a non-conference match-up.  The Tigers defeated the Warriors 4-0.

The Tigers got on the board at the 26 minute mark of the first half with a low shot past the Norwalk keeper by Nikki Corkrean when she dribbled through the Norwalk defense to take the lead.

The Tigers then tallied for the second goal 2 minutes later when Caroline Maher took the nice through ball from Corkrean and blasted a shot past the Norwalk keeper on the breakaway.

The Tigers tallied another goal with 12 minutes remaining in the 1st half when Jessica Wilson took a cross from Madi Bertman for the third goal of the half.

The final goal was scored by Lauren Hofmann with 14 minutes remaining in the game when she connected on a through ball from Nikki Corkrean.

The Tiger defense of Madi Bertman, Carissa Origer, Danielle Sullivan and Natalie Harada only gave up 3 shot attempts on goal and Mallory Schultze recorded her third shutout of the season for the Tigers.

Also excelling in the game for the Tigers was Megan Burditt and Emily Hofmann whose passing and defensive play helped anchor the squad.

The Tigers are currently rated #6 in Class 2A with a 3-0 record and face Waukee on Friday.
