A deputy could not find the source of an E-911 hang up call to the Law Enforcement Center on N Avenue and 190th Street.

A deputy was asked to try and locate several dogs running at large in Scranton. The dogs were not located at that time.

A deputy assisted the Greene County Emergency Medical Services with a medical emergency call in Jefferson.

A deputy was advised that a theft of diesel fuel occurred in the 600 block of A Avenue.

Several Greene County deputies’ assisted the Calhoun County Sheriff’s office in trying to locate a wanted male subject.

A deputy was asked to help determine what killed several pet rabbits in Scranton.

A deputy checked on the welfare of a dog in Churdan.

A deputy was advised of a theft of money from a residence in the 900 block of Irving Street in Scranton. The deputy initiated an investigation into the theft.

A deputy was asked to investigate the theft of money from residence in the 800 block of Main Street in Scranton. The deputy is investigating the possibility of this theft and the theft of money on Irving Street being related.

A deputy was advised of a theft of yard and garden tools from a residence in the 1800 block of 195th Street.

A deputy was asked to try to find an erratic and careless driver on Highway 4 North of Churdan. The deputy was unable to locate the vehicle upon his arrival.

Tuesday, April 23rd

A deputy received a harassment complaint from a Des Moines resident that was at Spring Lake on Saturday.

A deputy was asked to remove a cat from a live trap at a residence in the 900 block of 8th Street in Scranton.

A rural Greene County resident came to the Law Enforcement Center to show a deputy a harassing letter that he had received from anonymous sender.

A deputy arrested Eric Christopher Rosenow of Fort Dodge on an outstanding arrest warrant.

A deputy was asked to check on the welfare of a resident living in Paton. The deputy did talk with the individual and did advise everything to be in order.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
