Jeffrey Lamer Vivian Jr. of 28770 El Paso Avenue is part of the Iowa Sex Offender Registry

Vivian’s registration is the result of a 2003 conviction of two counts of Assault with the intent to commit sex abuse.

Such notifications aim to serve only as a warning to the public to protect themselves.  Any action taken against this person, including vandalism of property, verbal or written threats of physical harm or assault against them or their families can result in arrest and prosecution.
