Jefferson Matters: Main Street invites the public to its visionary meeting on Tuesday, May 7th.

Main Street Iowa State Coordinator Michael Wagler and Terry Buschkamp will be the featured speakers.

Jefferson Matters Board President Chris Henning talks about what will happen at the brainstorming meeting.

“We’re asking participants to share the vision of downtown Jefferson in the year 2023.  And make your mark on the future of the community.  See what they want and what we need.”

Information gathered at the last strategic planning meeting in February will also be discussed during the Tuesday meeting.

The free event will start at 5pm at the Jefferson City Hall council chambers with a light dinner followed by the presentation and discussion.  Pre-registration is encouraged but not required.  Go to jeffersonmatters.org or call program director Alan Robinson at 386-3585.
