As we’ve mentioned, there are many different events planned in Perry in celebration of Bike Month and this week kids are encouraged to participate.

The Perry Parks and Recreation Department and Perry Public School District are hosting Bike to School Week.  Children are encouraged to ride their bikes to school and stop by the McCreary Community Building letting staff know they did so.

Those who ride to school four of the five days this week will be able to attend a free pizza party on Friday.  The week also caps off with a bike decorating event and parade Friday afternoon.
